Issue with 2022 stuck in park mode

Hi all,
Ive had my new mini since February and already its in the garage being fixed 🙄
It had 50% battery, started up fine with power but it was stuck in drive mode. Had to have bmw assistance come hook up their computer. It was showing many faults managed to get it in to drive mode to the garage and its currently in there being fixed. Anyone else has this issue?

How did this turn out? Ant problems since?
Here in the US, it will be easy get a replacement for a car with recurring or numerous problems under the "lemon law."
