Is anyone else experiencing episodes of the charge socket flap not closing or being reported mistakenly as open in cold weather?
The usual culprit is snow or ice stuck in the mechanical parts of the "latch", which is easy to remedy. The more annoying is the dash report of "open" when you can see it is closed. This usually sorts itself out as the sun hits that side of the car or when I park in a garage. I suspect there are cold contacts inside that are not meeting when the weather is frosty.
