I just purchased the Bimmercode App for my 2023 MINI SE and according to the documentation, I am supposed to be able to deactivate Acoustic Pedestrian Protection and Active Sound Design as per the online documentation. However, these options/control modules are not available in the App when connected through the ODBLink CX adapter. I have successfully deactivated seatbelt chimes so I know it’s working.

How do I code these options? Attached are some screen shots of the control modules available when I connect,

Yes, that did it. Per BimmerCode, “option in the “Vehicle Sound Generator“ control unit that makes the car remember the last used setting.”
Connected as an i3 and set the option. Pedestrian sound activation setting is now stored. Works great - disabled in drive, still active in reverse (which is okay).
While I was in there, I reconnnected as MINI and set the ECU to retain the drive mode setting (usually Sport).
So, I’m good!
