Do any SE 2020 owners have anything but problems with Alexa?

It works may 3-5% of the time, otherwise I just get 'this function is not currently available'. It is driving me insane. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

Thanks so much for the reply! I have asked my dealer but honestly they are totally useless and just ignore me. I also mailed Mini concierge who said 'At this time, I am researching your concerns regarding Amazon Alexa integration. I appreciate your patience.' That article you linked to is from late 2018 though, so you'd think they might have made some progress by now.

Seems so weird that they ship a feature which apparently simply doesn't work!

No problem!

In the past I had luck resolving issues at a dealership level by asking a few dealers. Responses across the board were never consistent. Maybe you can try that?

Unfortunately automakers have tight deadlines and as a result we have to deal with this fix-it-later approach.

How has the rest of your SE been so far since delivery?

Sad to say they have done nothing to fix this. My 2022 SE has the exact same problems. I have tried virtually everything Mini Assistance has said
unloading, reloading all apps, removing re-adding mobile device, removing, re-adding blue tooth.
It is extremely sad that Mini has done nothing to fix this in several years time.
